Fastic (operated by Eric Hamisi) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Fastic Plus subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Our payments and refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or email us at and we'll help you.

What happens after a refund

When a refund is approved, your subscription is canceled and access to Fastic Plus features ends immediately. Your recorded fasts, meals, and other logged data remain in your account.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel any time from the "Manage subscription" button on the Fastic Plus page — you'll keep access until the end of the paid period, and won't be charged again.

Chargebacks

If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us first — we'll almost always sort it out faster than a chargeback.
