Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 14 July 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms govern your use of the Fastic app and website (the "Service"), operated by Eric Hamisi ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The Service

Fastic is an intermittent fasting, nutrition, and wellness tracking application. It provides general information for educational purposes and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions, and especially before fasting if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, diabetic, have a history of eating disorders, or have any other medical condition.

3. Payments, subscriptions and refunds — merchant of record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, billing cycles, taxes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms together with our Refund Policy.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account inside the app or by contacting us.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular you must not: (a) use it for any unlawful purpose or to violate anyone's rights; (b) send spam or engage in fraud; (c) infringe intellectual-property rights; (d) attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security of the Service, distribute malware, or interfere with other users; (e) scrape or reverse engineer the Service.

5. Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

6. Intellectual property

We (or our licensors) retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, content, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non- commercial purposes within your selected plan.

7. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to analyse meal photos and to power the "Fasty" coach. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and is not medical or nutritional advice. You are responsible for how you use it. You must not submit content you do not have the rights to, or content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights. We may filter or refuse output and suspend accounts that misuse the AI features.

8. Service availability & warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including lost profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence).

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. On termination your right to use the Service ends. You may export or delete your data from the app before termination.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's country of residence.
